Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the moment they are added to your account. Use them in time so you do not miss out.
If you return part or all of an order, the points you earned on that purchase are deducted from your account accordingly.
When you pause your Routine you keep your points and level. If you cancel it fully, you lose the Routine-specific benefits and your level may drop back to the standard level.
